Post: 3 complex realities of emotional insecurity.

Hello everyone !Β Have a wonderful and safe day πŸ™‹πŸ»

No theories to date can explain the complexities of the human mind and its responses. Each individual has his or her share of emotions and fear. Some express it while some keep it to themselves. The underlying cause of all emotions is mostly fear. Fear of failure, loss of loved ones, worthlessness, loneliness and so on.

This underlying fear is expressed in a person’s behaviour and personality often as anger, hurt, sadness and arrogance. Therefore, emotional insecurity is psychologically dealt with as a borderline personality disorder.

3 important realities.

  1. Any unpleasant event in childhood, physical attributes, disturbed childhood maybe some of the reasons to contribute to emotional insecurity. These fears and insecurities get resurfaced when we run towards our goal or success in the life journey. When we get into a relationship or tryΒ to accomplish a certain task, we come across our fear or insecurity. When fear, insecurity becomes overpowering, the individual cannot take up failure so easily. Such a person easily collapsed into depression, drugs and drinking.

2. Many of us have our image of perfection, be it in a relationship, at work, success, materialistic life. Wherever we go, our insecurities follow. When insecurities are overwhelming, the person would exhibit in terms of conflicting behaviour, anger, hatred, aggressiveness or jealousy in whatever areas his fear exist. Strangely, he becomes vindictive in attitude and tries to show up his best image of perfection. But in the process, his conflicted state of mind not only affect his life and also ruin his personal relationships, job or success.

3. We all have fear and insecurity. As long as I can control my mind and fear, it doesn’t affect my life much. So self-realization is an important aspect. Understanding and acknowledging my own fear, insecurity, help me to move forward in life. Self-acceptance and self-reassurance are important keys in building up of my emotional security and overcoming my mental barrier. We need not be preoccupied with the idea of perfection of an image in a relationship, work or success. There is nothing called perfection. With an emotionally secured mind, I can be happy despite my circumstances.

Post: 5 wonderful ways to feel abundance free from scarcity thinking πŸ™Œ β˜ΊοΈ

Why do we frequently have a feeling of being stuck? Why do we feel, we are yet to get our dream job? Why do feel we are yet to go on a dream vacation? Why do we feel we are yet to get the right opportunity?

Not only in professional life, but these questions do prop up also in our personal life? This happens when we focus on scarcity. When we have a mindset to focus on what we do not have.

So instead of what we do not have, let us shift our mindset to abundant thinking, on what we do have?

So then, how does the changing mindset helps? 5 wonderful ways:

1.Start focus on abundance from your daily life. Start to appreciate the food, life, people around you, the roof, your friends and so on. Instead of a closed mind, your mind opens up, start seeing and appreciating things which you have never noticed. Once you start feeling abundance, your mind opens up to a positive vibe. Not just one day, develop this habit for each and every passing day. On a bad day too, instead of a sour mood, start to get things more organized, disciplined. You will bound to get results.

2.At home, at work, everywhere you go, get the abundance vibe from other people. Instead, of feeling threatened or fear of other’s success, when you start appreciating them, you create yourself a safe abundant environment. You start to appreciate their lives and struggle. You can grow as an individual, a continuous positive vibe, non-judgemental thinking gives you an opportunity to look at every failure or success as milestones. You are more open and secured, you can take up further challenges without fearing failures.

3.Changing takes time. To develop an abundance thinking takes some time. Each time your mind goes back to old thoughts, keep reminding all the good things, good people you have. Practice gratitude daily. This is a powerful tool to experience abundance and happiness in life. You can create your own daily abundance affirmations. Feeling abundance gives happiness despite circumstances. You feel whole, satisfied.

4.Focus what is going right in your life. Focusing on what is going right gives your brain a more holistic and larger approach to problems in life. You can derive the right decisions and solutions easily with a more open and optimistic approach. You are more creative and inspired by life.

5.Being self-aware is the thumb rule. Self-awareness helps you be aware of your thoughts, language and behaviour. It is a powerful tool to bring out a new change, built a new habit in our life. By being aware, you make a conscious effort to check the thoughts that come and shift them towards abundance. Feeling plentiful gives you a satisfying life.

Post: Is perception a reality? 4 interesting facts

Most of the time, why do we feel we are misunderstood?  Why do we feel that we are judged continuously by people around us?  Why do we feel often that people don’t get my true feeling or true intention?

All these questions have one answer. It is because of my own thinking pattern and behaviour and not because of some problems with them.

Yes, people judge me and make an opinion about me what they see and hear from me. I, do the same. Nobody has the time to sit down and analyse my true intention.

The truth is β€¦

you can change people’s perception by changing your behaviour or do

not get affected at all about what people perceive about you.

4 interesting facts about perception.

1. Perception is simply how an individual thinks or become aware through the senses. It is a model created continuously by the brain to perceive reality. The thinking pattern differs from individual to individual. So, the same event can be perceived differently by each individual depending upon his thinking pattern and interpretation.

2. Perception is something that developed and changed continuously as we grow up. It has grown with the awareness and understanding of the external world as we grow up. Anything in the external world, objects, events, people are attached to some kind of stimulation, organization, interpretation, evaluation and memory.

3. Perception is often mistaken as reality as we get so involved in our perceived thinking of people, places and things around us that we create altogether a different world. May not be the real world as it is. Then perception becomes our reality. In other words, perception is our concept of reality.

4. There is no wrong or right things in life. Whatever you choose to do, depending upon your perception, you are responsible for its outcome and consequences.

Post: Detoxification: 4 realities.

Once we step out of our house, we are exposed to a host of environmental pollutants, allergens, hazardous chemicals, processed food, heavy metals, pesticides and so on. All of them have a hazardous effect on our body.

Medical experts do not really urge the need for detoxification as our body has a natural ability to eliminate toxins and waste. Skin, liver, kidneys, bowels and lungs naturally eliminate toxins.
But then, why do we keep hearing about detoxification methods which often catch our attention ?

4 realities ;

  1. Detoxification is quite necessary when your body’s natural mechanism is disturbed. Sedentary lifestyle, poor eating habits, overeating, too much of alcohol, smoking may contribute. Some occupational hazard (regular exposer to heavy metals like lead, arsenic) and people with digestive disorders may require to detoxify.

2. The concept of a detox diet may sound appealing but is quite a misconception. Detox diet which may include specific food with detoxifying properties, laxatives, liquids don’t really identify or remove specific toxins. There is no scientific evidence of any diet which can eliminate specific toxins.
The human body itself is equipped with an efficient detoxifying system. The detox diet can at best facilitate the natural system.

3. Change in lifestyle is an important tool to optimize our body’s natural ability of detoxification. Cutting down sugar, processed food, reduce intake of alcohol, reduce salt intake and maintaining an active life (to boost metabolism) are very essential. Having adequate sleep daily is helpful to remove toxic waste (beta-amyloid) from the brain. Sleeping about 6-7 hours of quality sleep ensures good health.

4.Drinking lots of water, staying hydrated throughout the day help remove toxins, waste through urine, sweat and also breathing. Antioxidant-rich diets composed of fresh fruits and vegetables help to eliminate the excess free radicals and fight the body’s oxidative process. Food rich in prebiotics like banana, tomatoes, garlic, oats, asparagus help in increasing the good bacteria in gut called probiotics. A healthy gut is necessary for effective body’s natural detoxification.

Leading a well-disciplined life is quite effective for the body’s natural mechanism of detoxification. Adopting methods like a detox diet, going to spas, sauna bath, sweating therapy, fasting methods can be individual choices.

Post: 3 wonderful ways to look at it. While contributing to someone’s tough times.

We all go through tough times in the hustle of life. But those who stood by us during tough times make them very special in our life. I remember family and friends who stood by me during hard times. They always hold a special place in my heart.

Now when my turn comes, I love and am open to contribute and assist in someone’s life when their hard times hit. It not only gives solace and satisfaction in me but also can relate my own painful experience.

3 wonderful ways to look at it…

1.Contributing doesn’t mean donating money or financial help, but extending support and giving time to the person is most important. You start thinking about what more you can do to offer your help to the person. You shift your focus to that. Your own problems and setbacks seem very small at the present moment. This gives a powerful message to your subconscious mind that you are in gratitude and have an abundance. You get to feel inner joy and solace.

2.Though the material world is ruled by surviving selfish laws, contributing to someone’s life acknowledges us with our true humanly compassionate nature. Finding time, helping, supporting with our knowledge, expertise to overcome someone’s difficult time gives us a sense of fulfilment. Simply put, there is no better feeling than this.

3.While giving your time and support to someone’s life during tough times, you automatically give your mind the signal, that you have enough. Though you may not think that way, at that moment, it surely pervades your mind and gives you a sense of gratitude and appreciate the life you have.

Post : Prove yourself to yourself, not others: 4 motivational elements.

Today instead of writing a health post, I thought of motivating myself with my self-motivating spirit. I am passionate about writing and will keep writing.

Some days are just bad. They are experiences and learning, that’s all. I don’t have to be sad but instead, keep pushing myself forward. I have to keep reminding myself that not every day is a good day, that’s just the way, it is.

I still love myself strong. I love my positive attitude towards life and my hard disciplined life. I like both the good and bad side. I, turn cranky sometimes, but that’s ok. As soon as I realise, I am back to my normal self.

People judge you everywhere at home, work, society and everywhere you go. But you don’t have to change just to get people’s approval. I would rather be myself and let people accept me the way I am. That would give me not just pleasure but be surrounded by people who will make me feel great and positive.

Daniel Goleman, the author of “Working with Emotional Intelligence” do influence me with these self-motivational elements.

Personal drive: My self motivating drive, to keep going, my desire to achieve, and improving myself day after day. Keep driving myself to meet standards. I also read other bloggers’ posts which encourages me to sharpen my skill.

Commitment: Keep focussing on my goals, both personal and professional goals. It’s good to dream big so that I have every day to look forward and keep pushing myself.

Initiative: To look for the right opportunities to work upon. I am a little bad and hesitant in taking initiative. But I am surely working on it in both personal and professional life.

Optimism: yes, optimism and keeping a positive attitude are an ingrain in me. I love pursuing goals even if setbacks, challenges keep coming my way.

Post : 5 inspirational thoughts to begin your day.

β€˜Each morning we are born again, what we do today, what matters the most” Buddha

As soon as you wake up in the morning, the first thoughts that come across our minds are the worries and challenges that are niggling us for some time. It happens because of our habitual thinking and default subconscious mind programme. We get carried away by the same habitual programme. We follow the day with the same habits, actions, and end up with the same worries or some more to add up. Nothing new is expected or doesn’t happen.

So how do we change? Remember, change starts in our thoughts. The biggest source of motivation is our own thoughts. So start thinking differently, start breaking your daily thinking pattern.

” Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today with a new ending”

5 thoughts to begin my day.

1.Gratitude; Waking up with gratitude and being thankful for having a life and with loved ones around. ” It is through the gratitude of present moment that spiritual dimension of life opens” Eckhart Tolle

2.Openminded: Waking up with an open mind with optimism. I am open to endless possibilities that the Universe can offer. Keeping an open mind, all struggles and challenges seem very small and can be easily worked out.
” There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your thinking” Brian Tracy

3.Worthiness: Waking up with a feeling of self-worthiness is immensely self-empowering. A sense of self-worthiness can itself be self-motivating and inspirational. You don’t have to look outside.

4.Goal oriented: It is important to set some goals in the morning for the day. It gives you a much-needed clarity, to begin with.
But set higher goals in life which are beyond your reach at present. So that you can always have something to look forward and work towards it.

5.Fulfilment: Waking up in the morning with a sense of fulfilment, satisfaction so far in your life journey gives the much-valued joy and happy state of being.
