Couldn’t agree more! The family swears by coconut oil especially in cooking too with the roots from Goa! I personally do use it occasionally for oiling my hair and skin…great post!

Our rescue vizsla, Dennis, came to us with severe demodectic mange from which he never fully recovered. Throughout his life we would periodically rub his coat with coconut oil which helped keep what fur he did have (most of it grew back) sleek and healthy.
